Change of Mind

All sales are final. We do not offer approval services or accept returns for change of mind. This policy applies to both our physical store and online store, so please choose carefully.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the original item received was incorrect or faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty or does not match the product listed on our website, you may return it for a repair, replacement, or refund.

  • Please contact us as soon as the fault is discovered.

  • Once the item is received, we will assess it and repair, replace, or refund it at our discretion within 7 days.

  • Please let us know your preferred resolution when contacting us.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty:

  • We will reimburse the cost of returning the item.

  • We will cover any shipping costs for replacement or repaired items.

How to Return Faulty Items

  • Faulty items must be reported via email within 3 days of receiving your order, including a photo clearly showing the fault.

  • Please securely repackage the item for return. You are responsible for ensuring the item arrives safely.

  • We do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit if we did not arrange the shipping.

  • Return shipping costs must initially be paid by the customer.

Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed to the original payment method within 5 working days.
